Who says the Indianapolis Home Market is slow?

The last 2 listings I put on the market have received offers in less than 2 weeks, with my newest a $160,000 home I just listed in the Geist area on Monday already receiving an offer today!!

Don’t listen to the media, now is the time to buy a home!!  Interest rates are at or near historic lows, new homes are hitting the market every day and if you are a first time home buyer you may be eligible for an $8000 tax credit!  What more could you hope for?  When I purchased my first home, interest rates were at 13%!!  Yes, I know I am showing my age but the market we are in is unprecedented and it won’t last forever!
