2016 is off to a great start and I am very excited about the prospects for our market heading into the Spring. With the growth of my business as well as taking over Cindy Marchant’s business as she heads off to sunny Florida for retirement. I have decided to form a team to better serve you and my future clients. The “We Sell Indy Team” will be headed up by me with help from Tim Houterloot as well as my son, Josh Carpenter.   Please join me in welcoming them to my team!

Tim is a native Hoosier, currently residing in Fishers Indiana with his wife and 3 teen aged children.  Prior to joining the real estate business in 2014, Tim spent the over 20 years working in various international leadership positions within Fortune 500 companies (Roche Diagnostics, Eli Lilly and Xerox) managing Information Technology organizations and Sales/ Operations groups. Tim is involved in his community with youth sports as a multi-year board member of the Hamilton Southeastern SPORTS board, along with serving as the Vice President of Girls Basketball Board and a founding member of the HSE Youth Volleyball organization serving in multiple capacities. In addition he is active with American Cancer Association, serves on his local Homeowners Board, coaches in youth sports and loves running, tennis and golf.

Josh joined the real estate business officially in December, but has grown up around the business. Throughout high school and college, Josh worked in various roles at Century 21 at the Crossing, Century 21 Scheetz, Century 21 Realty Group I and Keller Williams. His experience in these roles along with watching his mom and grandmother run their real estate businesses, has allowed him to understand the business from a very unique perspective. Prior to joining the real estate business, Josh worked in corporate buying roles with Kohl’s Department Stores and HHGregg as well as a merchandise marketing role with U/S Sports Advisors. Josh was born and raised and also currently resides on the north side of Indianapolis. He is very passionate about his city and always keeps up on what is going on in the area. If a new restaurant is opening or an event is going on in the city, it’s likely Josh has been anticipating it for months already! In his free time, Josh likes to follow his sports teams, go to concerts and play golf.

I feel that these two will be great additions to my team as we continue to build friendships, one home at a time.
