Several months ago, I met a young couple at an open house.  They were just starting their search for their first home.  The home I was holding open was not the home for them but I maintained contact and showed them some existing homes.  They thought they were going to have to settle for an older home where they would have to make updates as their budget allowed.  I asked them if they would consider new construction and they said sure, so we visited the Pulte models in Avalon and were told of a great promotion that was being offered.  After careful consideration, we sat down with Patty Riesen and priced out the home, to  their amazement, they could build their dream home for the same price of a fixer upper.

Today we closed on their new Pulte Home in Avalon of Fishers.  Seeing their excitement when they were given their keys to their dream home confirmed why I LOVE being a realtor and creating friendships, one home at a time!
