Contrary to popular belief, people are buying houses!!!  I just pended two of my listings, one in Lawrence Township and one in Fall Creek Township.  It is a great time to buy, you may have to take a little less for your home when you sell it but you will make that up when you purchase.

With interest rates down and inventory up, it is particularly a great time for first time homebuyers.  You might want to take advantage of the $7500 tax credit for first time homebuyer’s, consult your tax accountant!!
