For many of us on the north side of Indianapolis, Fishers, Noblesville and other northeast suburbs a commute along I-69 and I-465 is a stressful part of daily life. INDOT is currently in the process of planning how to make the interchange safer and faster for everyone who travels this stretch of road. Check out the video above for the initial plans!
