Buying a home requires more than investigating the square footage; it requires investigating the local area as well. And with that in mind, let me introduce you to one of my favorite Indianapolis hot spots, Chatham Tap. Chatham Tap’s menu is brimming with tasty English pub staples that have been redesigned with a flavorful twist. They have everything from fish and chips, Angus burgers, specialty pizzas to lighter options like fresh salads, vegetarian items and soups. The Apple and Candied Walnut Salad comes highly recommended!

And of course, what pub would be complete without a hefty selection of beer. Chatham Tap has a huge selection of American, English, Irish and other beers from across the European continent. They rotate the available seasonal draughts, so that customers always have something new to try. If you’re a soccer fan, Chatham Tap’s TVs are always tuned in to the latest English Premier League game or European Championship.

The original Chatham Tap was opened downtown on Massachusetts Avenue in 2007. Ever since, the restaurant has earned citywide acclaim, which led to the opening of the Fishers location about 2 years ago. It delicious, affordable and features some pretty creative menu options.
