City’s new airport terminal will serve up local favorites among its restaurant choices

The new terminal at Indianapolis International Airport will be home to familiar chain restaurants and shops, but travelers will also have ample opportunity to savor the flavors of the city.

Eateries such as McDonald’s, Starbucks — all three of them — and Qdoba Mexican Grill will sit side-by-side with local favorites Harry & Izzy’s, King David Dogs, Just Pop In, Giorgio’s Pizza, 96th Street Steakburgers and Patachou on the Fly, a take-off of Indianapolis’ Cafe Patachou, just to name a few. The terminal is expected to open Oct. 28.
